Signed a distributorship agreement with Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. of India

Otsuka Electronics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hirakata, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Kuniaki Natsume; hereinafter referred to as "Otsuka Electronics") is pleased to announce it entered into an exclusive distributorship agreement with Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. (headquartered in Mumbai, India; Chairman and Managing Director: Shriram Ganesh Bhalerao; hereinafter referred to as "Labindia") to distribute analytical instruments in the territory of India.

Otsuka Electronics has been selling measuring instruments and analytical instruments through subsidiaries in South Korea, China and Taiwan. We aim to expand our business in the Asian region through the new sales channels in India created by the contract with Labindia.

The global market size for particle size analyzers has been estimated to be about the same in North America, Europe, and Asia. India is the third-largest market after China and Japan, and its growth rate is expected to surpass that of Japan. Labindia completed 40 years in business in 2022, has extensive experience in providing best sales solutions, after sales service and application support in the field of Biotechnology, Analytical Instrumentation, Life Sciences, Petroleum, Nanotechnology, etc. Labindia’s strength is competent manpower, freedom to work and solution providing approach.
